I just wanted to commend you on two of your staff members: Donna-Marie; and Justine.

Donna-Marie has been very patient with me lately in helping me grow out my eyebrows. She has been so good to put up with me.

Justine gave me the best spray tan I have ever had - and I honestly mean that. It lasted for about ten days and was so evenly applied.

I just wanted to let you know about the above. I always enjoy coming to Planet Beauty because of the wonderful service I receive. All of the team members are wonderful.

I wanted to take the opportunity to give you feedback on my experiences at Planet Beauty.

As you know I am a regular client (4 weekly girl and have been for a few years now!), and I have to say I enjoy the experience of coming to the salon every time. I am always greeted by friendly staff and feel very relaxed, in what is a tranquil environment.

As a manager, I know often we only receive the not so favourable feedback so I wanted to give some of a positive nature re: Belinda who I have my treatments done by. She is friendly, professional and thorough. I never feel rushed. I can tell she is an enormous asset to your business and I appreciate her passion and care in what she does.

I rave about Planet Beauty to all my friends, with even a few coming to you for their beauty treatments now.

It's not often that you can say you've found somewhere that excels in both service and atmosphere but being a long standing patron of Planet Beauty, I can happily say they do both and consistently.
When I have treatment I always know I will get the same fabulous service no matter who my therapist is. Every little detail is covered which makes my treatments special time after time. In addition, everyone is friendly and welcoming. Ruth has got to be one of the most talented therapists in Sydney.
There is always lovely music playing and fragrant aromatherapy which creates for a relaxing atmosphere. One can tell that cleanliness is a top priority for the therapists as it is for me.
Being a business owner, I understand the demands of keeping customers satisfied time and time, yet this is something Planet beauty does with ease. I have been recommending Planet Beauty to friends for years and will continue to do so. They remain my top choice in beauty salons.

I would like to take a minute of your time to share with you my experiences at Planet Beauty, or PB as my friends and I call it. For a start, my now husband thinks that I have shares in the place, and wonders what I can possibly have done “up there” every week. So I am here to tell you, lots. I am certain that most of our partners, believe that we always look like this, but, it can be our little secret, that we don’t.

Before finding PB, I use to be a Beauty salon tart, always going from one to the other. A great friend of mine, to whom I will be eternally grateful, introduced me to the friendly team at my favourite Planet, Planet Beauty.

From waxing to spray tan,
