this diet before Christmas with some amazing results. Eric went down two
belt notches in 3 weeks. Justine lost 8cm off her stomach area and I just
felt really energized, with my pants being loose. Other results are: Lucy
has been on diet for a week and is not hungry at all. Rebecca has been on
the diet for 6 weeks. She is feeling really fabulous and lost 3 Kilos in
first week. Rebecca is so pleased as she is fitting into a size smaller
outfits that she hasn't been able to wear for a long while. In total since
starting she has lost 4kg, but given the time of the year it was, she feels
that she probably would have put on 4kg, so she really lost 8! It's so easy
to do and honestly I was not hungry at all. It is so convenient when you are
busy and don't always eat properly. All you have to do to start is have a
shake 3 times a day. As well as this you can eat as many greens as you want.
(Hot or Cold) You can add Balsamic dressing and herbs to make it taste even
better. And a serve of white protein the size of you palm. I found that I
didn't have enough room for all of this. You can still have tea and coffee

after you have lost 10cm from your waist. This could be as close as 2 weeks

mind it was basically introducing the treatments and commenting on the
